The masterclass is organised by Daksada Management Consultancy, 103-104 Business Venue, Oud Metha, Dubai, P.O. Box 191922, UAE. We only collect the data you give us, and a small amount needed to run the website:

• Brochure and enquiries: your name, work email, company, job title and mobile number.
• Bookings: your name, email and phone, and the company and job title you enter at checkout.
• Payment: card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Usage: basic, aggregated analytics about how the site is used, such as pages viewed and device type. This does not identify you personally.

• To send you the brochure and information about this masterclass.
• To process your booking, issue your receipt and VAT invoice, and confirm the details.
• To contact you about the event, including venue, timings and any changes.
• To answer your questions when you message us.
• To keep the website secure and improve it.

We rely on your consent for marketing messages, and on the performance of our contract with you to process your booking. You can withdraw consent at any time.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the masterclass:

• Stripe processes card payments securely and issues receipts.
• Google holds our booking and enquiry records in a private spreadsheet.
• Vercel hosts this website and provides aggregated analytics.
• WhatsApp is used only if you choose to message us.

These providers may process data outside the UAE. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is protected wherever it is handled.

We keep booking and payment records for as long as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes. We keep enquiry and brochure details until they are no longer needed, or until you ask us to delete them.

Subject to the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, you may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop sending you marketing. To exercise any right, email harisutharaj@daksada.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

We use only the cookies needed to run the site and to measure usage in an aggregated way. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may then work less well.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Please check back for the current version.
