Terms and conditions

Driving Growth Profitably is a two-day, in-person masterclass held on Tuesday 8th and Wednesday 9th December 2026, 09:30 to 17:30 each day, at a five-star hotel in Dubai. The exact venue is confirmed with delegates before the event. The programme is led live by Dr Anil Lamba. Session content and timings are indicative and may be adjusted.

• The investment fee is USD 3,999 + 5% VAT per delegate, for both days.
• Payment is made securely by card through Stripe at the time of booking. Your place is confirmed once payment is received.
• A receipt and VAT invoice are emailed to you automatically.
• Any promotional code must be applied at checkout and cannot be added afterwards.
• Places are limited and are allocated on a first-paid basis.

• By you, 30 days or more before the event: a full refund, less any payment-processing fee.
• By you, 15 to 29 days before: a 50% refund, or the full amount transferred to a future masterclass.
• By you, 14 days or less before: no refund, but you may send a substitute delegate in your place at no charge.
• Substitutions: tell us the substitute's name and details before the event by email or WhatsApp.
• Group bookings: the same terms apply to each place booked.

To cancel or transfer, email harisutharaj@daksada.com. Approved refunds are returned to the original card.

We may change the venue, date, format or faculty if circumstances require. If we make a significant change, or if we cancel the masterclass, you may transfer to the new date or receive a full refund of the fee paid. We are not responsible for your travel, accommodation or other costs.

Your fee covers attendance for both days, the sessions and exercises, a certificate of completion signed by Dr Anil Lamba, and refreshments provided at the venue. Travel, accommodation, visas and any other personal costs are not included.

We want every delegate to gain from the masterclass. We may ask anyone whose behaviour disrupts the session or other delegates to leave, without a refund.

All materials, methods and content presented at the masterclass, including the Two Golden Rules and any workbooks or tools, remain the property of Dr Anil Lamba, Lamcon and Daksada. They are provided for your own use. You may not record, copy, resell or publish them without written permission.

The masterclass is provided for professional education. It does not constitute financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and any decisions you take remain your own responsibility. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fee you paid for your place.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Dubai.
